I have been blessed with the talent and gift of HUMOR...I am FUUUUNNNNYYYY! So in order to pay it forward...I decided to design a workshop specifically with laugher in mind.

This course is designed to lead individuals through various improvisational exercises breaking down the fear we have created over the years and to take risks on ourselves. To fear less and live more and laugh more. The basic foundation is change. Discovering the loving authentic self within and letting go of past negative thought patterns; turning the once scared, into warriors of change.

Session I
Limiting Beliefs
This initial session is designed to give each participant a sense that we are not alone in our feelings or inhibitions. To fear less and risk more. The lecture and participant exercises are designed to create an outgoing commitment for simple and creative growth.
Session II
Energy Drains
This session is constructed to identify what is blocking the participant from moving forward in life. The discussions and exercises are designed to recognize what energizes and what blocks the energy flow; which will enable us to let go, strengthen our foundation, and find harmony within our life, enabling us to move forward.
Session III
Balance/Harmony
This 3rd session is designed to look at the areas of life that are truly important to the participant. To be aware first - then make small shifts in thoughts and behavior. The discussions and exercises will give the participants tools to identify where within our life we can find more freedom to express our selves and make a difference in our own life.
Session IV
Purpose Driven Life
This 4th session is intended to give each participant the ability to find their Purpose in life. The lecture and exercises are calculated to engage the creative process to discover our true meaning of life by designing our own Purpose Statement. Once the participant finds we are living on Purpose, we will discover life becomes simple, clear and fulfilling. All the efforts and struggle of the past melts away and joy permeates more and more through thoughts, beliefs, and actions.
Session V
Vision
The 5th session is planned to give each participant a sense of Vision for their life. The lecture and exercises are designed to make our Vision a reality. To look at the factors limiting our success. To discover motivational ways to move out of fear based emotions and move toward confidence, compassion, and a stronger sense of self by trusting in our abilities.
Session VI
Values
This last session is intended to give the participant the grounding wisdom to walk our talk and live by our core Values. To give the focus back on who we truly are and what is valued most in the participant's life. The lecture and group exercises created for this last class bring all the issues from the preceding classes to a head and hold the participant self-accountable for the way they continue to live out the remainder of our life. To proceed with a sense of purpose, a vision, harmony and focus, and the energy to explore what is in our heart. With the tools given and the fear barriers broken, each participant can stop postponing our dreams and focus on thinking BIG.
